Welcome to my corner of the world, the place for :

Presenting the Drummer Boy,

This Doll represents a Male Drummer playing a traditional drum, which are usually made from animal hide and painted in tribal designs.

The earliest drum was recorded around 5500BC and were thought to be made from crocodile hide. Drums were used for long distance communications in Africa since before 1000BC Tribal Drummers still are an important part of local culture, cave markings show drums were used in various aspects of societal life, having conspicuous extra-musical functions—civil, message transmitting, and religious. Credited with magical powers, DRUMS are frequently held sacred and the DRUMMERS - ANNOINTED Drums have always held a magio-religious importance in Human Civilization. This Drummer Boy will look best if placed in a group with other dolls composing a musical team, because we all love a good musical mash Up. But Hey, he couldn't look any less dapper all on his own. If you want to add the drummer boy to your collection (alone or in a group) or if you would like me to custom make a musical group for you, feel free to contact me (chat button- bottom right // site contact form). #StayClassy
